We could not get on line either yesterday or today. I am writing this log entry from my iPhone. Yesterday, the guys made dinner using the Dutch oven. They had flowers on the table to boot. They also finished up the sign for the now extended beach trail. The new entrance does not pass by the privy any more.
Today we said good bye to Dave and Jerry. We will miss them both including the ever present cleaning rag that Dave always seemed to have on him. I don't think the privy/tool shed has ever been so clean and neat. Thanks guys we will miss you!
We gained two new keepers on the boat that took Dave and Jerry back to Mackinaw City, Jamie and Neil. Jamie has already endeared herself to us as she sprayed poison ivy on the beach trail.
Tomorrow we hope to venture over to Maggie's and get our kayaks, weather permitting. Maybe we can get the Internet up and going on a laptop. If not I will have to figure out how to get pictures on the blog with this phone.
